Notice of Meeting - 2026 AGM

Notice is hereby given that the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Mississippi Lakes Association (MLA) will take place on

Saturday, 6 June 2026,

from 9:30 am to 11:30 am.

Doors will open at 9 am for registration and

membership renewals.

The meeting will be held in the new Brunton Hall, Beckwith Township municipal offices, 2022 Beckwith Park Lane, Beckwith, K7C-3P2.

Participation is open to:

a. MLA members: who may do so in person, or exercise their right to vote in absentia by designating a Proxy. Procedures for designating a Proxy can be found here; and

b. non-members: who are welcome to attend.

All supporting documentation, including the 2025 AGM Minutes, the Proxy Form for this year, and the proposed Budget and Capital Plan for fiscal year 2026/2027 can be found here on the MLA web site.

We are pleased to announce our guest speaker: Sally McIntyre, General Manager of the Mississippi Valley Concervation Authority (MVCA). Sally will provide an update on the provincial amalgamation of the Conservation Authorities (CA)
